I needed a new screen for my iPad Air. 1. I called on a Sunday. Even though they were closed Rick took the call, explained the cost ($149 vs $299 at the Apple store) and said I could bring it in the next day. 2. I did drop it off with Rick the next day on my way to lunch in Tampa and he promised me it would be ready upon my return to Palm Harbor after lunch. PROMISE KEPT. I don't think it can get any better than that!
I def will continue to recommend Florida idoctor to my friends and family for repair service. My iphone looks brand new. The screen was replaced in less than 20 minutes. The staff was professional and friendly. The price is much cheaper than paying my $199 insurance deductible. My mom actually had the screen replaced on her ipad and had the same wonderful experience.
