A smashed iPhone screen seemed like the end of the world, and after going through hell with it over the weekend, Rick at the Florida iDoctor showed me that repairing it was a heavenly experience. The phone looks like new! The repair itself was quick (under 90 minutes), and Rick and his staff are professional, personable, and efficient. The cost was fair, and with the warranty, I have no worries about the screen for at least 90 days. Florida iDoctor was highly recommended by friends. Now I highly recommend it to YOU!
The iDoctor was great. Rick and his wife are courteous, knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. Replaced a shattered iPhone screen in 30 minutes.
My phone screen cracked and I took it to a different phone repair service in Oldsmar. The man replaced my screen but then my phone had all kinds of glitches. I was ready to spend another $600.00 on a phone. I then took it to the IDoctor. He first tried to readjust my screen FOR FREE to see if that would work. When it did not, he replaced my screen in 15 minutes and the phone works PERFECTLY. Best of all, he gave me a teacher discount! I LOVE this place and will return.
This is the second time I have taken my iphone to the idoctor. I have recommended this place to anyone that I know that needs something done. The best thing is it was SOOOO much cheaper than having to replace my phone for $500.00!!! and it was done when they said it would be! THANK YOU!
iDoctor is top notch! So pleased with my service. iPhone screen cracked into 100 pieces. Took it in to Rick at iDoctor & he replaced the screen in about 10 minutes! Best customer service I've received in a long time.....HIGHLY recommend the iDoctor!!!
It was easy, fast and a lot cheaper than buying a new iPhone 5s. As a bonus, Rick is a very nice guy!
I broke my iphone screen and went in first thing without an appointment. Within thirty minutes it was fixed and I was out the door. Very reasonable prices. In this age of poor service, it's so nice to be treated well.
The iDoctor was great. Dropped my phone and the screen fractured into a million pieces. I needed it fixed quickly as my business (sales) depended on it. Stopped in the store and they had me back and running within 1/2 hour. Staff very friendly & courteous. They knew of a couple of great places to have lunch nearby while I waited. Highly recommend their services.
