The tip of an earbud was broken off in the iPhone 5. Rick was able to replace the earplug and charging unit and get the phone working again. Thanks!
I would highly recommend Rick and Florida iDoctor. I have used his services twice and both times he went out of his way to provide excellent and timely service. One was a broken screen on an iphone 5 which he fixed a year ago and it has worked perfectly ever since. A couple of days ago my charging plug on my ipad broke off. He came in on Sunday when he is normally closed and fixed it in about 15 minutes. I couldn't be more pleased!!!
Fast Friendly service. Professional and Fair. I wouldn't go anywhere else. While in the store a young lady was having them fix something another store already charged her to fix. This time she came to the right place!!!!!!
Thanks for fixing our iPad. We had been fighting with it for months and replacing the battery did the trick.
When our son dropped the family IPad shattering the screen we were expecting to have to go out and buy a brand new one. Happened to see the iDoctor store on our way out later in the week though and thought we would check, for a little over $100 and a two day service time the iPad is good as new, certainly a better deal than buying a brand new one. Appreciate the quick turnaround and the great price.
These guys are great. They had the screen in stock for my iPad and had it back to new in less than two hours.
I stopped by on a Sunday. Which they are not open and I didn't know that. Rick spoke with me and told me that it would not be a problem to repair the screen on my iPad 2. And he could have it done by the morning on Monday. Which was wonderful and amazing. It was also inexpensive. Considering the only option Apple gave me was to buy a new iPad. I would without hesitation,go there again to get any repairs done!!!!!!!
Wow! I seldom expect a business to be so professional and pleasant anymore. I was please, in fact delighted at the quality and style of care and service Rick provided. He was extremely fair in his treatment of me, solved the problem with my iPhone almost instantly and definitely correctly. when I need help in the future, I will return to Florida iDoctor.
