Rick and Florida IDoctor did a fantastic job with repairing our IPhone 6 screen. We were in and out in less than 15 minutes. To me, the best part was his online scheduling. I was able to schedule an appt that was convienant for me and I just walked in and out with our phone repaired. Great experience!
I was impressed right off the bat with the website and setting up my appointment! And prices are listed, so no surprises. Rick was there soon as I walked in the door! My iPhone was shattered! I also had a problem with my iPad touch screen he said let me take a look took it out of the case, tried to reset it and handed it back to me and working great! NO CHARGE! My phone was fixed in about 40 minutes while I went and enjoyed downtown Dunedin! I highly recommend them!
Rick at Florida iDoctor did a great job repairing my iPad mini screen. Their mobile friendly website made it easy for me to contact them, get pricing information, and an estimated wait time. I was able to text Rick at 10:00am and my iPad screen was repaired by 12:30pm. When I picked it up, he went above and beyond by letting me know where I can go online to get a replacement screen protector for free with the brand that I have. Thank you, Rick! I'll be coming back if I ever need another repair.
The Florida IDoctor continues to show great efficiency and courteous service each time a visit is needed. The owner(Rick) is a very generous man who can fix my iPhone screen in under 15 minutes with the best prices I've ever seen! Please keep him in business, he deserves it.
I am completely computer DUMB when it comes to them not doing as they should!! Was told about the Florida i DR and was so impressed with HIM....he not only fixed my computer but explained everything that had went on with it....a phone call to him after I got home was gracefully answer for me without having to wait for a store tech to be found....I thank you sir and am more than 100% satified......from one of those SNOW BIRDS!!!

I took my cracked screen of my iphone6 in for an estimate and had my phone back within an hour. It was better than filing an insurance claim through my cell phone carrier and waiting the 7-10 days for a new phone, and about the same price as my deductible!!
