You no longer allow patients to self-schedule appointments on the website or the app. Every single provider says call the office for an appointment. This is a definite deal-breaker for me because I am an introvert and I hate picking up the phone and calling anywhere.

Just an FYI for anyone seeking diagnosis/treatment with any MD affiliated with AdventHealth FLORIDA (formerly Florida Hospital @ location)... AdventHealth has begun charging a "facility charge" of $414.00 - fee perhaps based on square footage - to every patient. This charge is in addition to any charges by the MD. This fee is exactly like the resort fee that is so prevalent in the travel industry and which is under siege by consumer advocates. Caveat Emptor!!!
