This practice has great providers. The office manager though is a joke! She discharged me over 40 dollars from a missed copay. I sent proof I paid it and she still told me I was discharged. I take medications that are not to be stopped, but do they care?! No! It’s all about money! Do not go here!!!
She has really let herself go, and does not care about her patients or their wellbeing, and will abandon care. It’s extremely disappointing. I’m in the process of filing a complaint *everywhere* If you care about yourself, do NOT go here. Seriously. She’s costing lives.

Florida First Psychiatry Specialist is not good at all. You cannot ever get a hold of someone at the desk and even when you leave 3 messages they still will not call you back. I do not think they care about their patients. I was about to run out of my medication and so my pharmacy sent thing a thing for another refill. The pharmacy called me to tell me they still haven't received anything from Florida first. So I called no answer. Love, care, compassion is what I feel every time I am there. It feels like a place dedicated to healing, not just a clinic, but a family. I highly recommend this facility.
