Sales Staff Were Clueless – The salesman acted like an idiot and treated me like one too. He actually pointed out another costumer on the lot and told me his credit score was terrible and that he couldn't get approved for the vehicle I was test driving. Please don't listen to these bad reviews. – Please don't listen to the bad reviews about this dealer. It's a dishonest competition that post these bad reviews, trying to discredit Florida Fine Cars. I've been buying cars from them for over 12 years! If you don't believe me - research FL Department of Vehicles public information and see for yourself. PLEASE READ! – I bought a car here on May 27th 2011.My car had some problems when I did the test drive ( car shifted to the right side and wheel shakes while stopping ) they promised me to have the alignment done and that was going to fix the problem. Next day I went in at 10 am TO JUST HAVE THE ALIGNMENT DONE process that usually takes 20 minutes to 1 hour. Don't buy from this dishonest dealer! – We went to this dealership and picked a car. We made a deal and agreed on price. On Monday, despite our extremely busy schedule and heavy rain, we went to the bank and got a cashier's check for the agreed amount. Then we received a call from Sales person saying that General Manager changed his mind and that he wants $200 more for the car. How lame that can be? DO NOT PuRCHASE A CAR FROM THESE CROOKS! – Purchased a car (G-35) from them on 5-20-11 and traded in my used car which had a small balance. Exactly 33 days later received a telephone call from lein holder of the trade-in stating that remainder of balance was not sent to them. Went into the dealership and apparently the indivdual who completed my financinbg stole my trade-in from the dealership w/out their knowledge. liars cheaters scumbags!!! – bought my car from here a few months ago.... when we first got in it the e-brake was broken and the salesman said they would fix it.....it needed new tires so i asked for new ones since i was buying this car from them....they said they would.... at the end it was all ifs, buts, and whats, my e brake got fixed but no tires..... they offered me used tires that were worse than the ones on the car. they never call u back, HORRIBLE customer service.....do not buy from these scumbags!!!! o yeah last th... read more

Liars and cheaters, DO NOT DO BUSINESS here – I purchased my vehicle with them because they offered a 90 warranty. I went over the warranty info with the sales rep and the guy who signs the paperwork, Bruce. I was clear on the warranty and becuase of this I made the purchase with confidence knowing if something was wrong with the car I could get it fixed. Don't get your car here! – They are very well trained liars. We bought our car just because they assured us we would get a 3000 miles warranty. He even went to the back to supposedly talk to the general manager to exceptionally give us this warranty since the car is a 2003. That was the only reason we decided to get the car from the dealer, to have a certain protection.
