I had them replace our old electric water heater in our newly purchased home in Live Oak, FL after the home inspector I hired said it was very old. The service man came out on a Saturday, was very professional, and replaced the water heater successfully. He mentioned the electrical cord on the old water heater was not up to code and unsafe as it could've caused a fire. If this is the one and only Southern Water and Air supposedly family operated company here in Tallahassee, FL this has been my worse experience with a Southern Energy company. I come from the well respected, knew what they were doing at all times Chattanooga office and then I moved here with my system. What a disaster!!! Please before you bring any equipment here to this area think it three times. This company does not have workers needed for the jobs, ppl who didn’t even know how to get their own equipment on my house. I ha... read more
