Had a service on 5/14/19 by xxxxxxx, The service performed was very poor boarding on negligence never checked inside filter which should've been changed or calibrated thermostat, clean or flushed drain pan basic items you would expect done. After calling the owner and had him look at Service performed they refunded my money. Owner said xxxxxx was his best Technician dealing with a personal loss I understood that. I had responded to Mr. ****** on the 24th June at 9:49 AM asking for his schedule to see what day was good for him, also thanking him for his patients, that was not our first contact on a scheduling matter. Service performed boarding on negligence? Here is a list of information on his a/c equipment: thermostat check showed t-stat read room temp it was set to, therefore it was in calibrated. I recently used this company for a warranty repair primarily because they had installed the system. They charged me the equivalent of over 7 hours of labor for the 1 hour repair job. I later called other vendors and found that I could have had the job done by a reputable vendor for around $150.00. This was a huge ripoff.

This company went over and above any service companies that I have dealt with. My mini-split needed a part that I was told was NOT available and would need to put in a new unit. I looked in the yellow pages for other companies. The repair guy came (the other one asked me to get part numbers form the unit) got the necessary info and part was ordered that day.
