A Shane Raymond LCSW and CEO of Brandon Mental health falsified my records after they were negligent and the DOH failed to investigate and prosecute. They settled without investigating that the licensee was providing falsified records for evidence in the investigation and holding them accountable for deception. No one is safe to seek help in Florida all a LCSW has to do is falsify records in the investigation. Prosecution services was lazy and refused to have to actually take a case to DOAH so they settled. I have spent over 13 hours on hold (and counting) over the course of several weeks of calling. I have called at all hours - 8am through 4 pm. I have all called a supervisor and left voicemails, never to receive a response. I have sent paper mail as well. In my opinion, a file should not take 30-45 BUSINESS days to be reviewed. People need to be able to work sooner. Look at the reviews of this organization. People are struggling. Is it taking notice?

Very little to no communication whatsoever. I’ll elaborate. My wife and I moved to Florida. She recently passed all required exams to get her dental hygiene license. It has taken about a month now just to make it as far as we have simply because we cannot get a hold of them. My wife tries to call and no one answers the phone. Numerous voicemails have been left and not one call back. We send a email and we’re lucky to get one response a week.
