I am writing this review because I believe the Florida State Department of Health Division of Medical Quality Assurance is a disgrace and should be investigated itself. The investigator assigned to my complaint, which detailed multiple serious medical errors and a privacy violation, was apathetic and showed a total lack of respect and concern. 2 issues. 1. They made it too difficult for me to file a complaint against a horrible and incompetent dentist that destroyed my teeth and should not be practicing. 2. They took 8 MONTHS to approve my transferred massage therapy license even though I met all the criteria and then some.
They are requesting wrong information and I been trying to get it corrected for a month with no help no response due to that I been outta work. I been emailing and calling with being put on hold for two hours only to be put on hold. Again for another 35 min then the person can't help and they hang up.
