They are requesting wrong information and I been trying to get it corrected for a month with no help no response due to that I been outta work. I been emailing and calling with being put on hold for two hours only to be put on hold. Again for another 35 min then the person can't help and they hang up. Prosecution Services does not protect the public. They sweep misconduct by licensees under the rug
NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE
A LCSW falsified my records after they were negligent and the DOH failed to investigate and prosecute. They settled without investigating that the licensee was providing falsified records for evidence in the investigation and holding them accountable for deception. No one is safe to seek help in Florida all a LCSW has to do is falsify records in the investigation. Prosecution services was lazy and refused to have to actually take a case to DOAH so they settled. Absolutely horrible experience. I graduated Massage Therapy school in November 2024. I completed and passed my MBLEX on February 2025. And when I go into my portal they keep saying they don’t have verification of graduation which my school has mailed 3 copies of my official transcript and tracking shows that they’ve been delivered. I email and call everyday with no response and it’s a whole 30 past the last copy of my transcript that was mailed and I still don’t have my license.
