I am writing this review because I believe the Florida State Department of Health Division of Medical Quality Assurance is a disgrace and should be investigated itself. The investigator assigned to my complaint (Savannah), which detailed multiple serious medical errors and a privacy violation, was apathetic and showed a total lack of respect and concern. 2 issues. 1. They made it too difficult for me to file a complaint against a horrible and incompetent dentist that destroyed my teeth and should not be practicing. 2. They took 8 MONTHS to approve my transferred massage therapy license even though I met all the criteria and then some.
