I had an issue with the Thermostat that couldn't be resolved by another service provider. I visited Florida Cooling Solutions and they promptly set up a service call. A young gentleman by the name of Josh P. Made the service call and between the two of us resolved the problem. No matter how you feel prior to working with Florida Cooling Solutions, you'll feel better after you do! The Office Manager Kelly was very informative and knowledgeable of the Companies products.
We wanted to give Kelly and Rodiny with Florida Cooling Solutions a big thank you. Kelly was able to fit us in the schedule immediately and was very friendly and helpful. Rodiny also was very friendly and got our job done. I would highly recommend them. You want friendliness, professionalism, and get the job done with good communication these are your people. This company was an amazing company. I have been using another company and have had problems with my three-year-old Bryant it stopped working after I had a service done on it and I've put out $600 in the past two months I called Florida cooling solutions they sent someone out without charging me a service charge the man was here two hours found the problem and fixed it for me and come to find out the other company never put in the part that I paid for.!Anthony was amazing thorough spent all the time going through my unit fou... read more

Anthony came to do a six month maintenance on our two air conditioners. He was very thorough (possibly the most thorough of all techs who have come in the past!). Took his time answering our questions. He first explained to me some problems he could see going on with one of the units but I asked him to explain them to my husband since I understood half of what he explained. Anthony was patient and courteous, gave a sense of trustworthiness.
