Josh takes his time to explain what needs to be done and/or why a certain part isn't working. I've had terrible experiences with other big A/C companies. Our Central AC stoped working for almost two weeks, I have 5 companies came to my house, they said that we have to change New AC, but no one have any AC, because "Trane" is on back order, and we have to wait for six month, we went to BBB.org and found this company. We called them, 15 minutes their technician came to our door and Kelly sending all insurance paper to our association in few minutes and Josh fix it in two hours.
