Dr. Erickson has been an answer to prayer for our family! She is compassionate, professional and incredibly knowledgable in her field. What stands out the most is how deeply she listens and how thoughtfully she approaches her care. Left a message a week ago and Dr Erikson didn't even have the courtesy to call me back. Psychiatrists that aren't reliable and don't care set a major red flag.

I saw her briefly when I arrived in Florida and she oddly talked about HER lack of social life with men during my session. Pretty odd to say the least but I now know only too well - this rates as "normal" (ironic isn't it) for South Florida.

I highly recommend Florida Complete Psychiatry. DR Heidi Erickson MD, DABPN and Laura, her assistant, have been an integral part in taking care of my special needs twin boys. Laura is a true professional! She takes care of all the administrative details promptly and always with a positive attitude! We have been with Dr. Erickson for 6+ years. She is compassionate, yet extremely knowledgeable in her field and is second to none!!

i had heard really good things about this place but when i reached out to them as a new client they rejected my request via email with no explanation or no phone call why. i’m really disappointed with this because i could really use their help but obviously its a sign they do not care about patients enough.
