Ernie & I generally have High Expectations from Service Companies. Florida Comfort Systems exceeded our expectations. They installed a Mini-Split Unit for us the other day. The installers Cody & Austin were extremely knowledgeable, professional & left the area very clean after finishing. We would highly recommend this company to anyone & would use them for all future needs.
This company is outstanding. They installed our new Lennox A/C quickly, without flaw and did an amazing job of “doing it right” in a world of other companies who follow the “good enough is acceptable” philosophy. The technician, Bobby, followed up on our request to ascertain why we were getting so much dust and dirt in our home. He crawled up in our vaulted ceilings, found ducts that had separated from the collector boxes. We have used FCS for many years and find them to be completely competent, honest and they give good advice. They recommended replacement of our failing A/C unit 15 years ago, and the model they suggested is still working, years beyond its expected life. In their most recent service, their techs identified a dangerous electrical condition in the wiring outside the unit, which help us avoid who knows what kind of harm. I would never consider any other company for the service they provide.

Bought our house back in 2010, and have been using Florida Comfort systems ever since to service our unit. We needed a new unit installed last month. They had unit ready for installation within a few days during this busy time of year. The techs were at our home for over 12 hours so we wouldn't have to go another night in this summer heat without A/C. They were very thorough, and committed to excellent performance of the new unit.
