Carol Is the worst property manager I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Look at the other reviews for this company. They are consistently BAD. She is very prompt in responses when getting you to sign a lease, but once you’re signed you can forget about her contacting you. She is terrible. This company will charge you for west and tear on things in your place that were damaged before you moved in. Once they do break she will say it was fine until you moved in and charge you for it.
