I went to Sports Chiropractic because of painful spasms in my lower back. Alan Tesla gave me immediate relief and I scheduled additional sessions to improve my physical independence. I am 82 years old and value my mobility. Alan also gave me a demonstration of a chair used to help my incontinence by providing kegel exercise. I signed up for that also. I don't want to wear pads or diapers when there is a solution for that problem. I am delighted with the services offered by Sports Chiropractic and Rehab.
