Just got off the phone with one of your staff members incredibly rude! I spent the whole day in Orlando the other day just to get x rays done for them to tell me they can’t see my son because he switched insurances so why was it ok for him to get the x rays done 2 days ago and not get any answers??? If I needed a referral I would of skipped going all the way out to Orlando and had my son go to school that day HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION
We are so incredibly grateful for Dr. K. We were at Nemours previously, and we were not happy with our experience there at all. Dr. K always takes the time to listen to us as parents and never makes us feel rushed. I truly feel like he treats my son like person, and not just a number. He takes the time to look at the whole picture versus just prescribing a medication to get you out the door. Horrible communication and disorganization. Nobody answers the phone. We tried for days to contact the office, selecting each, and every prompt option, yet no answer. All this prior to a significant procedure.
Very hard to get on the phone and very hard to get answers to any questions. The doctor is really good with children however he is only in Melbourne one day a week and does all of his procedures in Orlando. That’s fine o didn’t mind but what they didn’t tell me is that the copay of $275 in Orlando doesn’t really matter because all services are billed separately, so after the copay I would also get a bill for the use of the facility, anesthesia , provider services, the procedure itself and whatever else they decided to bill f... read more
