It’s just crazy to me how impossible it is to get someone on the phone. What a “great” use of our tax dollars. I’ve had transcripts sent electronically TWICE yet the website is still showing they are deficient. This is ridiculous and I will be seeking further action regarding this disgrace.
Kendra gets 5 stars!! I was just on the phone with Kendra who is amazing! She was so helpful and kind. I understand that the department is being inundated with work and they are down some staff members. Things are taking even longer than they usually would. Terrible customer service. I have been on hold for over an hour just to speak to a representative. They need a better system.
I have been on hold for two and a half hours. I called at 8 am. You have already received and cashed a check to cover my application fee from my school. Apply it to my account, and process my application.
I have had a terrible experience getting my SLPA license. It all started when the person on the phone instructed me to mail my transcrips to an address they gave me. I thought this was a little outdated, as most things use online transcript services now. I waited about a week and when my tracking number displayed as delivered, I called again, and the person on the phone told me they "did not know where they were."
