This is truly a horrible property management company. After years of respectful communication with Florida Association and Property Management, the ball was dropped recently when my property was damaged by a company that FAPM contracts with. Joanie Trotman has failed tremendously in communicating with me regarding the matter. She has responded to about 3 emails out of 15+. Joanie takes weeks, if not months, to respond to HOA related emails for Woodbriar. The lawn staff they hired has also severed my internet connection and rose bushes.
We’ve worked with Joanie and her team for over 10 years and couldn’t be more pleased with how she’s handled the management of our HOA! She’s done an excellent job of managing our HOA funds and ensuring that they are used in accordance with the Board’s guidelines and requests! She is easy to work with and listens to concerns brought up to her by the board or residents of the neighborhood and brings viable solutions to helping us resolve those concerns! Hiring her was the best decision we could’ve made! Highly recommended!!!
Our HOA (Summerlake, off Old Bainbridge Road) switched to FAPM in March 2021 after ten years with another management company. Before we switched, we did considerable research and interviewed the managers of four other companies. Since hiring FAPM, we have noticed a considerable improvement. Joanie is professional and responsive, and her company gets done what their contract promises.
