My first time attending the FALA convention and it exceeded every expectation. The communication was seamless, the event theme was thoughtful, and the speakers were truly outstanding. The food and accommodations were excellent, and the entire atmosphere was welcoming. What a wonderful group of people. Recently, your board member Terri Osteen Mohler was mandated to fix the plumbing at her new community, Grand Living at Tamaya in Jacksonville, by AHCA. Thank God I moved my loved ones out last month. How do you hold your heads high when you have a board member, who let her residents & staff go without hot water for TWO WEEKS? I bet she had hot water in her home. Is this a board built with members to keep things behind closed doors? Not giving adequate housing necessities for the elderly is a large concern. So is AHCA case# 2... read more
