Recently, your board member Terri Osteen Mohler was mandated to fix the plumbing at her new community, Grand Living at Tamaya in Jacksonville, by AHCA. Thank God I moved my loved ones out last month. How do you hold your heads high when you have a board member, who let her residents & staff go without hot water for TWO WEEKS? I bet she had hot water in her home.
