I made an appointment 10 days ago and was supposed to be the first service call this AM. When they did not show up by the no later than time I called. They could not tell me when (or approximately when) someone could be out here. So I canceled my appointment. How good can a company be if they can't meet simple commitments....or at least call and let you know they won't meet a commitment.

Thank you for getting my air conditioner fixed on this 95 degree day! You guys rock! Great service, great staff, super fast and extremely friendly service!
Was charged for 2 hrs of work when they where only there for 45 minutes. When I called to question the bill I was told that the time starts when they leave the store. I was never told this when I asked there fee for looking at my A/C. All I was told when I called them was there is a 1 hr minimum. Not once was I ever told anything about being charged from when they left there store until they got back to the store.
The best company in Southeast Mo. Great customer care!!
