Absolutely disgusting. Ordered an air con unit. First time of using it, it leaked. Have complained to the company and to start with communications were OK. I have asked for a refund and was told that the Cannock depot for returns is under going structural work. I have emailed them again and heard nothing. I would definitely not recommend this company.
