I found this place on line and decided to call the shop and speak to the florist directly before ordering, as I had a very disappointing experience with another flower delivery service in the past. The employee I spoke to was very friendly and helpful by answering my questions for confirming that the quality of the bouquet I was ordering would be equal to what was advertised + the delivery availability/cost. I've received a few arrangements from here/Urban Jungle (same owners I think); they are some of the most beautiful arrangements in the region! Unfortunately, I've been very disappointed with the quality of the flowers - they haven't been fresh, rapidly decaying on day 1 or 2. The roses and eucalyptus in my last arrangement were actually dying/browning/dry on the day they were purchased. If the flowers were fresh, I would probably be a more frequent customer, but it hasn't been worth the price in my experience.

I got the “slay it citrus” for my moms birthday, they did a great job and were very transparent and called me and let me know that they didn’t have as many orange flowers and asked me if it was okay that they used some pink ones instead. I loved how the bouquet looked and most importantly, so did my mom! Great delivery, service and product. Will definitely be ordering again!
