Don’t count on them to answer the phone. Don’t count on them to handle paperwork quickly and efficiently. What a shame. Dr. Flores is a nice man, but this office doesn’t give me confidence that they care about my father’s health. They don’t care about getting FMLA paperwork completed. They don’t care if that means that you might lose your job for coming to help your parent heal. I’m urging my father to find another PCP.
