Great location! Nice place to live. Amenities are nice and bedrooms are spacious. Love the new dog park! On-site manager is very professional and friendly. Maintenance team is great and maintenance requests are taken care of in a timely manner.
Beautiful Spacious apartment homes, building is well maintained but absolutely needs to be renovated for the high rent price. Dryers need to be updated, they don’t work as they should. We haven’t had any problems living in here, all issues and problems have been addressed when needed. New manager, Adriana, is very helpful and is on track of every concerned you may have.
i moved in here about almost 6 months ago. all the issues i have addressed to the manager Jose Medina has been dealt with almost immediately.All concerns i have addressed with him had been attended to. the only thing is the laundry machine dryers (not the laundry room) are so aged. Needs to be updated. Other than that, i am pleased we moved in here
