'My experience with Dr. Solages and her office was extremely disappointing. They never followed up on important matters, and I had repeated issues with prescriptions not being filled. The front desk staff is disorganized and unhelpful, which made every interaction frustrating. I started with Dr.Solanges with a A1C of over 9 and as of today my A1Cis under 7 at 6.8 I am very pleased with Dr,Solanges and her professionalism. she created a plan just for me step by step without being rude and threatening me with Insulin like my first 2 Endocrinologists that I stopped going to. I recommend making an appointment with Dr.Solanges so you too will start your own road to a healthier body and mind. Thank you Dr.Solanges for getting me to a healthier state of body and mind.
I made an appointment 3 months ago with Dr. Solages after my regular Endocrinologist relocated from the area. I tried booking several other doctors but the wait time was from October to March of next year. All except for Dr. Solages. I was given an appointment in one week. Now I know why! During my initial visit Dr. Solages changed my medications. A return visit showed my bloodwork improved but I began having a series of extreme swelling in my feet and legs. Dr Solages is passionate about the well being of her patients. She spends times educating them about the importance of controlling their disease. She is always saying.: it is not impossible. You can do it. She is so precious to me.
My appointment was set for 1:30…I did not see the doctor until around 2:20. No apologizes for the wait either. Long story short I was sent here because of high hormone levels in which this doctor blamed on my being overweight. She had nothing else to offer other than that. Waste of my time and $45. When I told her I’ve had this issue since I was a child she asked me if I was overweight then. Doctor Solanges is very patient, she gives the attention you deserve. She is very good listener. She gives direct eye contact. My experience was grade A Thanks doctor Solages. Not to mention the front staff Gilliane and Angelicka they was very professional , friendly and patient. Please go see Dr Solanges you will never regret it.
She is the worst doctor I have ever experienced. I scheduled an appointment 3 weeks in advance, and she called and cancelled or rescheduled me 4 times. The last time she cancelled me was because "she didn't feel like coming in". Doesn't value her patients time or health. One of the worst experiences I have ever had. Wouldn't recommend her unless you are willing to be rescheduled.
