I went to this place on February 2016 for an immigration physical exam and on 2/2017 I had my interview which couldn't be finalized because the doctor report didn't stated how I ID myself the person forgot to put in my passport information, and I re submitted the paperwork in April 2017 and Im still waiting to hear from immigration I just can't believe that for an employee mistake I'm still here in a limbo waiting to see what happens with my case.
