I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it.
This was the first new set of dentures I have had since the originals were made 5 years ago. I was very pleased with the fit and the way I was treated. I especially appreciated Pat who works at the front desk. She was extremely helpful with the insurance documentation and any information I needed. Even though I recieved approval from my insurance for the dentures, after the fact the insurance co. communicated there was an issue with the coverage.
