I have been dealing with these people for over 20 years. Never a bad experience. They are polite, work is done when promised and repaires are done when promised also. I have never had a problem with these individuals and they keep me coming back every 5 years or so for a new plate. Sorry, you can not keep all people happy all of the time. What a pleasure to meet a HONEST Dentist. A full delight after 20 years or more, and the STAFF. WOW.

I highly recommend Florence dental. I went to Florence after a really bad experience with the "other" denture place. At the other place, the receptionist was extremely nice, but the guy doing the dentures was rude and obnoxious. I would not recommend this dental office to any one. I can not believe the unprofesinal way they spoke to my grandmother today. The rude dental assistant went so far as to call her names because she wasn't ready to replace her dentures. I would highly recommend Florence Dentures to anyone. I just had a full set made today... there at 7:00 am to make the impressions, back at 1:00 pm to get my teeth AND THEY ARE BEAUTIFUL, COMFORTABLE... they were perfect! And if customer service and employees who truly care about their patients is something that's important to you, you've hit the jackpot. These folks are amazing and I couldn't be happier with my new teeth or the service I received.
This office specializes in Dentures and Partials. I do not believe they are now or have ever been a full service Dental Office as you say in your profile. I have had several partials done here and just recently had a full upper denture and lower partial done. These people are knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Their prices are reasonable. I have recommended them to friends many times over the years.
