I relocated due to work and needed to take my dog in quickly due to being sick. The very sweet Vet technician and Dr. Kefer helped me out tremendously and took such good care of my mini poodle. They knew the issue and made my little guy all better. Thank you so much for all you did today!!!!! You all are amazing and will be back!

Our boy Saki has many, many health issues. Dr. Lorenzo and her staff have worked diligently to help figure out what is best for him and how to keep him comfortable. He is a true love bug but can be difficult to handle. A special thanks to Kristy, his "girlfriend" who works with him and shows him the love and patience he deserves every visit! I appreciate you all!
Dr. Lorenzo is caring, professional, and knowledgeable. Her team is friendly and helpful, and they really care about animals and the people attached to those animals! So glad to have them in so close by in Florence!
