RecommendedToday was our first time here after changing vets. Our previous vet would only see my 3yo GSD if he was sedated, as he was very nervous at the vet. At Florence today, he was AMAZING. He was so comfortable with their staff, which made me feel so much better. They were able to perform all vaccines and tests, which is unbelievable compared to our experiences at our old vet. My pup was so nervous and the office was so good with her. it was really nice to see her relax a bit by the time we were ready to leave. They're amazing here. 💖

Dr Lorenzo is a gem. She is great with all of my animals (chiweenie, cats and a min pin) but I can’t say enough wonderful things about the way she treats my min pin. Bella is anxious and neurotic and can be a dramatic patient. Dr Lorenzo moves slowly and patiently with her. At Bella’s most recent visit we all hung out on the floor together because Bella does better on the floor. We appreciate Dr. Lorenzo’s calm demeanor and willingness to crawl around on the floor.
