This is the worst florist I have ever dealt with. My husband and I specifically chose this florist over flowers.com because they promised same day delivery. They charged our credit card almost $300 and did not deliver. They needed to be delivered to his mother who is having surgery today. I WANT OUR MONEY BACK!!!!
No follow up. Customer service 0/10. I ordered an arrangement for a birthday and to commemorate the passing of a family pet. This was done yesterday. When I checked on the status of delivery I was informed that there were issues with the color of the flowers and lack of a designer on hand to complete the order. I had to call them at 6pm. They never called to let me know they were not going to deliver the arrangement or any issues at all. His only consolation was that they might get them out tomorrow. Absolutely fantastic experience! This floral and rental company did an amazing job from start to finish. The customer service was excellent, the attention to detail in the flowers was stunning, and the setup was beautiful and professional. I’m extremely happy with their work and highly recommend them!
Place is closed down but they’re still taking orders
Terrible service. I waited for my order for an entire hour, and just when it was supposed to arrive, they suddenly canceled it. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
