Extremely Disappointed – Order Never Delivered I placed an order through BloomNation for a friend's birthday, and the florist never delivered the flowers. What’s worse, they never notified me that the order wasn’t fulfilled—leaving me completely unaware until my friend said nothing had arrived. I ordered flowers on May 15 for a friends Birthday for delivery to her apartment. I only received one confirmation email and did not hear anything from the company after I placed my order. My credit card was charged the full payment for the flowers. My friend never received the flowers. I called the company next day, May 16, and spoke with someone on the phone who said they would call me back within 15-20 minutes after they spoke with the business about my order.
