When calling to calmly discuss an order I felt was incorrect, the owner of the shop would not let me speak. She talked over me, gave me excuses and actually asked me to ask the person I sent flowers to to bring the arrangement back herself to have fixed! Who says that?! No customer service here. The order was incorrect and there was no resolution in the end. I had to hang up becuase the woman was not listening to me anyway.
