i had Floors by Steve install wood flooring in the kitchen & dining area of my condominium. i could not be more pleased with the end results. Steve and his co-worker completed the installation in one day. Steve also did a bit of extra work on the molding surrounding the dining area. Steve was great to work with. Horrendous!!!! The customer service here is by far the worst I've ever experienced. 1) Promised a quote within 2 days before she left for vacation. Didn't deliver it. Super rude woman when I called to check on the quote. Told me to call the person on vacation and ask her to send me the quote she promised. Quote finally arrived the following week and was missing aspects and confusing. 2) After they started the work they discovered we would be refinishing hardwood floors instead of installing new floors (way less money). ... read more
