NEVER AGAIN!!! (NOTE: I do not know if Floors 4 Less is part of a chain, but the business I used was located in GAINESVILLE, FL. ) I would not recommend this business to my worst enemy. The owner failed to deliver on ANYTHING he stated. Do NOT believe him when he tells you he HAS to have the full amount for his contracting services up front! If by chance you find yourself in a situation where you have to comply (as we did, due to time constraints), MAKE SURE TO GET *EVERYTHING* IN WRITING. Not that it will probably help much... read more
My wife and I called Bob after we had a flooring order fall through. He knew we were in a pinch and made time to meet with us the same day. We had many questions and he was very thorough in his explanations. Bob was not looking to take advantage or overcharge us for his services even though he knew we weren't using him for install, but as a material supplier. During our install he was always available to call when we had questions. Bob is a very trustworthy individual who I would have no problem recommending for any job.
