Just a bit of advice to the company, don't tell customers that you have your own installers. The installers are sub contractors. So you have a 50 - 50 chance of getting a installation with no issues, Every one of our walls were marked. One was gouged. Here's a bit of advice for your sub contractors. Get long pieces of cardboard and stand them up against the walls before you roll out the rug and scratch the hell out of the walls. It's a cheap solution to an obvious problem.
