Great experience from browsing for hardwood to installation. We worked with the salesperson Habib and he is fabulous. He helped us choose hardwood that was a perfect fit for our space. He answered every question we had along the way with professionalism. The warranty person Kevin is also fabulous at his job. We were return customers and would return again.
Dean was great to work with in making sure my decision for new carpet was going to be right for me. The installers were fantastic and cleaned up after the carpets were laid. Kevin came by to inspect the work and went through the warranty and the dos and don'ts. I never knew that walking barefoot on carpet can soak up the oils from your feet. I now where indoor shoes or slippers to keep my beautiful carpet lasting longer. We will be going back to pick out tiles for our bathroom and laundry room soon.

Dean, the consultant who helped me, was excellent in pulling out samples that suited what I was looking for. He was prompt in delivering a quote and sending out someone to measure. Tony and his assistant (the installers) were excellent, very careful and respectful. Kevin who came to inspect the end result and explain the warranty was also excellent, carefully explaining what needs to be done to maintain my warranty.
