Just a bit of advice to the company, don't tell customers that you have your own installers. The installers are sub contractors. So you have a 50 - 50 chance of getting a installation with no issues, Every one of our walls were marked. One was gouged. Here's a bit of advice for your sub contractors. Get long pieces of cardboard and stand them up against the walls before you roll out the rug and scratch the hell out of the walls. It's a cheap solution to an obvious problem. We absolutely love our new laminate flooring that FloorRight installed. We were given excellent service right from the time we visited the store to pick out our new product, to arranging installation, to installation and the final visit from the customer service rep. We previously used FloorRight 18 years ago, and that flooring is still in excellent condition. I would highly recommend FloorRight!

Exceptional service from all departments. Very accommodating with a difficult install.
I ordered flooring And partly due to my own fault and the lack of Care from the sales rep I have extra flooring which they very quickly did everything possible to point out mistakes made by me and took zero responsibility on their end. Charging $1600 to return $4000 worth of flooring is Ludacris but it’s never their problem or never their fault extremely disappointing. I would never return or order product from them.
