Calling this guy rude is an understatement. Asked him what the plank size was for what I was ordering and he lost it. Said he didn't want to call the person to ask the size. Wanted me to purchase without knowing what I was purchasing. Told him I can wait to find out size, I'd even leave him payment info and everything, if it's the right size process the order.
