The owner is such a kind and polite person. From the moment we walked in, he made us feel so comfortable and welcomed. He explained everything patiently, gave us honest advice, and never made us feel rushed. On top of that, he gave us a really good discount, which we truly appreciated. It felt less like shopping and more like dealing with a trusted friend. Highly recommend this shop

Excellent customer service. Tresha is a great sales person, very knowledgeable and friendly. Store has a huge variety of hardwood floor, we weee looking for a specific shade of cherry color and here was the only place we could find what we needed for our bedroom. Thanks Tresha
Great service at a great price. Communication was very good, emails aren't always responded to but phone calls are always answered. Cleanup could have been a little better, the crew tracked carpet bits all over the stairs but otherwise very satisfied.
Adi is extremely helpful in picking the floors, getting us close to our budget per square foot and he’s just a delight to deal with. Will definitely come back for all my flooring needs.
