Great store. Adi, the store manager, is very knowledgeable of his products. Very friendly and gives reasonable discounts. I will definitely come back to this store.

We bought flooring from this place and we are very pleased with the product itself. HOWEVER. The installation was an awful experience. The service and quality of their work was unprofessional, poor, and lazy. And I was not happy with the end result. Since then the store has reached out to me and are making great attempts to make things right and provide a solution. And have offered to send someone in to fix it. Which is appreciated. We bought flooring from this place and we are very pleased with the product itself. HOWEVER. The installation process was an awful experience. I wish I never went with these guys. It makes sense why they ask for 100% paid before work began because the service and quality of their work is very poor and lazy. They came almost an hour late and left our condo an absolute mess between workdays (after we expressed we were sleeping there). There were even razors left on the floor.
