Stopped by with my wife to look at flooring. We even knew which one we wanted. Salesman up front was helping someone - we weren’t even acknowledged. Walked to the back, there were several people in an open office area who clearly saw us. No one said a word. Walked by what appeared to be the manager’s/owners office, he didn’t even look up. Didn’t appreciate being blown off. Off to Lowe’s or Home Depot for our floor we go. At least at the big box stores we expect to be ignored....
