Flooring HQ has a huge amount of high quality flooring that is just gorgeous. But what I noticed most when I went there was the high level of customer service. I was immediately greeted by extremely friendly and knowledgeable sales staff who were more than happy to help me. What a difference between going other places!
Over estimated by WAY too much, said it would be okay to refund unopened boxes and now they won’t. Then they said the flooring company went bankrupt anyway which I’ve researched and they haven’t. What a scam. And the way we were treated for asking for the refund wasn’t okay. My family feels robbed and now we have TWO extra, unopened boxes of flooring because we trusted this company to do their job. Go anywhere else and save your money!
