Terrible people to work with after they get the contract. Wrong grout color, delay after delay, transition between tile and laminate was different size, transition strips wrong color and tried to use my old one. Uncaring an unresponsive to requests to correct. Think twice an find a more reputable company regardless of how nice the salesperson is.
Justin Jones is a wonderful salesman and very client care focused. Highly recommend him.
Just had my carpets cleaned at 2 of my houses. Chris did a great job. I thought I would need to replace the carpets at one house but Chris assured me that with his state-of-the-art cleaning machine my carpets would look brand new - and it did!! He even took our rug to his shop to clean so it would dry, and then delivered it back. Best carpet cleaning ever. Thanks Chris!
Incapable at installing my engineered hardwood floors right the first time and second time. Two inspections later says that the poorly leveled my slab, used the wrong glue, didn't use enough glue and used the wrong size trowel. They left me with glued down floors that are hollow, move and pop and need to be replaced for a 3rd time. They are not interested in doing right by their customers

Heath and his team did an amazing job with repairing and refinishing our hardwoods. The work was done in a timely fashion and everyone was very professional. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the results and would not consider using anyone else for our flooring needs in the future.

Flooring by Design is fantastic. I am a handyman and I can do floors, however, I met Heath and his professionalism and quality of services are great! I have decided it is better to send these jobs to him instead! That's how good they are!!! They can do it faster, cheaper and better! My customers are very happy with him, I am very happy with him! I will continue to use of his services every chance I have!
