RecommendedFlooring by Design did an amazing job helping us to pick out tile and flooring for our new house. Kaylan and the team came out to the house with samples and helped us to decide on the direction that we wanted to go with multiple options for our 2 showers that we were having tiled. The floors, showers, and the back splashes came out great and we would defiantly use them again for any of our needs.

This is the type of work they do and not back up their word. They install their flooring and damage the baseboards and door jams and don’t fix what they have damaged. Thank you Heath.
Kaylan at Flooring by Design was great to work with and followed through with every step of the process - we had heard great things from a neighbor and all proved true. We really love our new carpet (which was installed, professionally, in less than a day) and Kaylan came by to check out the work a few days later. Thank you!!
Installation was terrible. Shoe-moulding looked like it was installed by a pack of chipmunks the first time. Now, 2 months later, there is a problem and I can't get Heath to return messages, and the Holly Springs location was just locked up and no one there in the middle of the day today! I need them to come fix this floor (again), but I can't seem to reach anyone.
Very professional process end-to-end from the first meeting in the showroom to pick out carpet to installation by a great crew. Very pleased with the results.
After tons of frustration by so many different companies, I was able to speak with Andrea from Flooring by Design. She was so helpful, answered all my questions and introduced me to a product called LVP which is what I decided on for my floors. Thanks Andrea from Flooring by Design!!
