have purchased from them three times over the last ten years or so. Once for carpeting and twice for vinyl. Always impressed with their selection when trying to find a particular color or style. The delivery has always been fairly quick, even during the covid era when they were up-front about shipping delays. The salespersons have always been knowledgeable and know the products backwards and forwards. For those needing it, they have a large selection of area rugs (but I've never needed those).

Greg and Mary are top-notch people and so is their staff! I have bought from them for years and they stand behind everything that they sell. You will not get the service from a big box store that they provide!

Might have a good product. But the scheduling and service really needs major improvement. Was told the first visit it would be 4 to 8 weeks and 8 weeks being the worst case possible. Finally 14 weeks later one person showed up. We were told that there would be a crew removing the carpet and prepping for the new flooring. Oh don't empty your house for them for the first day or you will be a week without any furniture. Not very impressed!
