AWESOME SERVICE!!! The only place I’d go for flooring/tile!!! They have just updated the store and have an excellent variety of stuff, but more importantly they are very friendly and helpful! I came in needing a lot of tile in a hurry, Cortnee helped me find everything and worked extra hard to get it ordered so that it all came within a week. I am EXTREMELY impressed with the customer service I received there… Five stars all the way around!!!!
Flooring America in Paducah has gotten way better since the new owner took over. The place feels nicer, they’ve got a great selection, and the staff is super helpful without being pushy. Honestly just a solid spot now if you need flooring or anything like that. Definitely recommended
have purchased from them three times over the last ten years or so. Once for carpeting and twice for vinyl. Always impressed with their selection when trying to find a particular color or style. The delivery has always been fairly quick, even during the covid era when they were up-front about shipping delays. The salespersons have always been knowledgeable and know the products backwards and forwards. For those needing it, they have a large selection of area rugs (but I've never needed those).
Greg and Mary are top-notch people and so is their staff! I have bought from them for years and they stand behind everything that they sell. You will not get the service from a big box store that they provide!
