My husband and I have used Flooring 101 three times now. I love the selection of carpet, engineered wood and vinyl. Keressa was great. Great customer service, no pressure sales and easy to work with.
I like the carpet. It was well installed. The person I dealt with was fine, but I admit to being a little annoyed that the thank you card from them asking for this review was addressed to my husband, when I was the person who called or emailed them every time. Just every day sexism I guess.
Great customer service (particularly Keressa) through the whole process. She met with me at my house to see the area that we wanted re-floored and then met with me several times at the store to look at samples and see what might work best. She was very thorough through the entire process and I knew what to expect at all times. We had carpeting removed and Vinyl Plank Flooring put in.
This was going to be a 1 star rating due to to an issue with rippling of carpet in three of my bedrooms (which Flooring 101 had installed) and after 5 months of trying to resolve the matter with Anndrea, with many, many headaches and being ignored time and time again, Ian Newton stepped up and understood how straightforward the issue was and had it fully resolved within a week - including the repair. I can not praise Ian enough for his professionalism and timeliness. Thank you, Ian.
Had nothing but a positive experience from start to finish. Keressa Garland was so helpful and attentive with our flooring choice and with the complete process. Highly recommend Thousand Oaks Flooring 101
