Ross was so patient and extremely helpful. Go see him in the Oxnard store for any help you should need. Communication was perfect and I would use him again. This is our second time carpeting the entire house using Flooring 101 - Will use again!

Great experience start to finish. We had the challenge of trying to match some existing LVP in the back of the house. Ross was extremely helpful in finding different patterns and supplying samples so we could get the best possible match. We were replacing tile and bamboo. It was a messy job but the installation crew was very efficient and kept things as neat as they possibly could. The end result looks great!
We had a great experience with Ross at 101 Flooring! He was patient while I changed my mind more times than I’d like to admit and helped us choose the perfect flooring. The installation was quick, and the whole process from start to finish was much easier than I expected it to be. Now that it’s in, I absolutely love the carpet and couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out.
