Buyer Beware! They only will say that they have product warranty. Bought flooring and have problems. After talking to other flooring companies, they didn’t prepare the floor or put a moisture barrier down. The manager was well aware what the floor was because he came and measured it. The problem, the flooring seeped. Both manager and district manager will not do anything about it. That’s really what I call very poor customer service. All I’m asking is to make it right. This is a 7000.00 dollar flooring job.
Not happy with service. Unprofessional. Took longer that quoted. Manager tried to get me to pay more than quoted. And the lvp floors came out bad quality. There is cracks and lumps all over the floors in my home. I regret using this company.

Floor Traders was the worst experience. We have spent several thousands of dollars . Thinking I would have beautiful flooring. I'm so embarrassed to show off my floors so uneven not level at all. We have called several times and the contractor several times . They said they would come out and fix the flooring but it's been a year and no one has fix them yet.
