Not happy with service. Unprofessional. Took longer that quoted. Manager tried to get me to pay more than quoted. And the lvp floors came out bad quality. There is cracks and lumps all over the floors in my home. I regret using this company.

Floor Traders was the worst experience. We have spent several thousands of dollars . Thinking I would have beautiful flooring. I'm so embarrassed to show off my floors so uneven not level at all. We have called several times and the contractor several times . They said they would come out and fix the flooring but it's been a year and no one has fix them yet.
