I tried for 2 months to get my carpet repaired... 3 other companies never showed up and made excuses as to why. Finally I called Home Advisor and within hours Annette from Doug Bolton’s Floors called and scheduled an appointment the very next day. That morning Doug Bolton himself came to my home to assess my carpet problem. Again within hours he sent a very skilled and competent worker who repaired my carpet with amazing professional results. Doug was super nice and came right out, even though we had our own linoleum and weren't buying from him, AND even though it was a very small job...most contractors wouldn't have even bothered. We really appreciate his providing this service!
Has been very sincere, helpful and a very good advisor. He goes the extra effort of helping us out like cleaning up and dumping our trash. He provided us with excellent service. Our concerns was the delay on the kitchen cabinets, ballister & ledge. The installation of the carpet downstairs. Although the job was good it was delayed a little bit causing overall delay on the project.
