John and Matt did an excellent job. They arrived at the stated time, were thorough with great attention to detail. They power washed my kitchen , bath, and laundry room floor, resealed the grout, and made it look new again. I am very pleased.
John worked really hard to get my grout cleaned but not to the point I was happy with it. It was not his fault. (The original installation was never sealed properly. The installers said the sealant was built into the liquid that was mixed into the grout and never put an additional sealer on grout.) John and I discussed another option for sealing the grout with a colored sealer. He did that and it looks amazing. It was a bit pricey but at least it made a huge difference. John was prompt with all communication and arrival times, he is very good at what he does even tho we had a few glitches on grout sealant, he worked very hard to correct the situation and a follow-up call to make sure everything was ok.
Floor Restore and More did a nice job on the tile in my master bedroom shower. Cleaned it well, and made almost all the grout repairs needed. Just missed a couple of places where the grout had fallen out, but I am sure that I can take of those. Overall a good performance.
John returned my call promptly, arrived on time for appointment and did a great job.

John arrived on time and really took his time to do an excellent job. The difference in our tile floor was amazing!
Tile and grout cleaning was good. Either he should have advice me to vacuum floor or he should have done it him self. I found lot of dirt in many corner of home. Floor was quite wet and took long time to dry.
