They were very polite and very professional, very punctual and work the whole time they were here rather than a 10-minute back brake. They asked me several times if I was pleased with their work and if I wasn't let them know and they would fix whatever I wasn't pleased with.. my floor looks very nice and they did a very nice job.
The owner, Mr. Elking, was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I felt that our large flooring project was not only in the best of hands but we also learned a great deal from him about additional renovations we have in mind for the future. John, of Floor Restore, gave us a free estimate. He scheduled a time to clean our outdated, filthy kitchen tile and showed up as scheduled. He was extremely knowledgable of how to clean and restore our older tile work. He persisted with it and it came out looking like new! I was thrilled! He finished quickly and cleaned up before he left. I will definitely hire him again this spring for grout cleaning.
