Bill did hardwood floors in our house in fall, 2014. He did quality work and the floor turned out good. But he is not punctual or dependable. He did not show up the day he was supposed to start work and did not return calls, he showed up 2 days later giving excuse about his previous job running late. Very disappointed – Do not hire this business to do any work for you! I hired them for an upstairs hardwood floor layment. The two helpers that showed up did such a poor job that I will have to remove almost 200 sq. ft. of 3/4 inch lap jointed white oak, discard, and replace with new flooring. They charged me $970 dollars, I will lose over $1500 in materials alone-plus labor to remove $500+ dollars and re-install probably another $900+ dollars.
