I walked in feeling stressed and overwhelmed. Karla helped take a huge chunk off that stressed. She walked with me, listened to everything I wanted/needed to make my dream home possible. She never made me feel rushed or that i was taking her time or that i was just some customer to her. She made me feel like a friend that truly wanted the best for me. She even give me some of her knowledge about dye number, caliber and the difference between porcelain and ceramic tile. Things i would have never guess would make a difference.... read more
